Tolleson Wraps Up 2023 Summer Analyst Program

Offering a unique opportunity to learn through a range of professional experiences, Tolleson’s Summer Analyst Program helps students lay a strong foundation for a long-term career in the financial services industry. This summer, Tolleson hosted summer analysts from six different universities across the U.S.

“I gained real world experience through my assignments while immersed in an inclusive and supportive company culture. I’m very appreciative of the trust and encouragement I received from my mentor and everyone I worked with this summer,” shared Summer Analyst Lauren Bernard, a rising senior at Southern Methodist University. Lauren, along with her summer analyst peers, spent their program immersed in client-focused work across different advisory and specialty teams.

Tolleson’s hands-on internship program offers a holistic view of working for a multi-family office. Students rotate through different teams including client advisory, philanthropy, private banking, and investments. Each analyst is also assigned a mentor to help guide them through the 11-week program, contributing to their technical skill development.
