Tolleson Celebrates Continued Partnership with Bonton Farms

Last holiday season, Tolleson had the honor of teaming up with community partner Bonton Farms to host a toy drive for families. The team collected more than 300 gifts—from Legos and Barbies to board games and sports equipment—in hopes of bringing the joy of the season to the Bonton community. 

Our team was incredibly honored to be a part of such a heartwarming and joyous occasion and to work with partners who are doing so much good in our city. “It was wonderful that Tolleson could be part of this program,” said Vice President, Lending Coordinator Darlene Thimmig, who helped organize the holiday program for the company. “The toy drive was a huge success for the second year and it continues to be a well supported initiative by Tolleson’s Culture Committee.” 

Tolleson was also a lead sponsor of the 2023 Soulshine Concert series, which brings immersive events with live music and farm-fresh meals, as well as a founding partner of the new Health and Wellness Center, which broke ground in late 2023 and is planned for completion in 2025. “We were honored to have you as a partner in our mission and this project in particular,” Bonton Farms President Gabe Madison said following the Center’s groundbreaking.  

The thriving partnership between Tolleson and Bonton Farms continues to be a rewarding experience, securing finalist recognition for the most recent D CEO Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards. 

We are incredibly grateful for our community partner and for the opportunity to serve those in need. Looking ahead in 2024, we will continue our dedicated partnership with Bonton Farms and explore new opportunities to get involved. Later this month, our team will participate in a company-wide service Saturday to help with landscaping and farm chores.
