Tolleson Team Gathers and Celebrates Together at the Perot
Employees at Tolleson gathered in February for the company’s bi-annual team meeting. This event brought together all employees to network, celebrate milestones, and hear from the company’s leaders. Located at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the event featured CEO Carter Tolleson and President Richard Joyner with presentations about important projects and the company vision.
“I get the privilege of working with all of you – teaching a little and learning a lot.” Joyner said to employees, touching on how he finds meaning in the workplace and perseveres during challenging times.
Along with recognizing employees for their individual accomplishments, CEO Carter Tolleson celebrated a special milestone, calling up his father and company founder John Tolleson for his 25-year milestone of starting the Tolleson single family office in 1997. Opening Tolleson’s single family office was the catalyst for growing Tolleson into the multi-family office it is today.
“My dad had a need he couldn’t find a solution for,” Carter explained as he called up his father to the stage, congratulating him for his vision to start Tolleson Wealth Management.
“I’m so proud of all of you,” John said to employees.
Employee accomplishments were also recognized and celebrated including promotions, tenure, and community service achievements. The evening’s event closed with an opportunity to explore the museum.
